We aim to dispatch any item in stock within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. It's important to note that delivery times for certain products may vary, taking 5-10 working days, depending on the size or colour of your order.

I need an urgent delivery for tomorrow - can you help?
Chat with our sales team about your order. We're all about getting you the best lead times, considering your specific product and colour choices. Plus, we can suggest other ranges or colours that might speed things up a bit.
Aluminium products are made-to-order and polyester powder coated in your selected colour and finish. In contrast, stock items such as galvanised and coloured steel guttering components and unpainted, mill-finish cast iron guttering products are usually available for immediate dispatch within 24-48 hours.
Can I come and collect my order?
For the efficient handling of products due to their size and weight, we advise utilising our dependable courier services. Alternatively, you can arrange a collection from one of our Leicester warehouses. To organise a convenient collection time and date, please contact us in the first instance.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order requirement.
Can I get a volume discount if I order large quantities?
Absolutely. You may be eligible for up to 10% savings on orders exceeding a specified minimum spend. We invite you to call us to discuss your requirements.
Can I order online as a private individual?
Certainly. We welcome both trade professionals and the general public. Please note that our delivery partners will require a signature for all deliveries.
I want to purchase regularly can I open an account?
Certainly, you have the option to open an account to simplify the process of ordering and arranging deliveries. However, we do not provide credit facilities to ensure our online prices remain competitive.

Do you accept goods back for return?
All aluminium products are made to order and are eligible for refunds only if they are found to be damaged or faulty. Painted cast iron products and any other bespoke or non-stock items cannot be refunded unless damaged or faulty.
Please report any discrepancies with your order upon receipt and ensure your products are returned within a 14-day window. Please note that all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee from the supplier and must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns can only be processed with a valid form - found on our Delivery and Returns page. Please fill out the return form directly in your browser (or PDF viewer) or print it out to complete it manually.
